Description

Zwaluw Acryl Anti-Crack is a one component, highly qualified, plastic elastic sealant based on an acrylic emulsion permitting to be overpainted with opaque or high solid water based paints. Due to its unique composition crack building of the paint is reduced to a minimum. The product is almost odour free and is not corrosive towards metals. After application the product forms a plastic elastic rubber by evaporation of water from the sealant.Zwaluw Acryl Anti-Crack is een hoogwaardige 1 component acrylaatkit op dispersie basis die in het bijzonder kan worden toegepast om te worden overschilderd met hooggevulde en hoogdekkende dispersieverven. Door de unieke samenstelling wordt het craqueleren van de aangebrachte verf tot een minimum beperkt. Het product is vrijwel reukloos en niet corrosief
ten opzichte van metalen. Na het aanbrengen vormt het product een plastisch elastische rubber door verdampen van het water uit de massa.

Application

Joints in the building industry between wooden and metal window frames and concrete and brickwork. Joints between stairs and walls, between concrete and ceiling elements, between wall and ceiling, skirting boards and windowsills. For inside and *outside applications.
*Outside application is only possible under good drying conditions if the sealant is protected against rain for at least five hours after application. After curing Zwaluw Acryl Anti-Crack is weather- and rain resistant. In general Zwaluw Acryl Anti-Crack will show good adhesion without a primer on building materials like concrete, brickwork, painted wood, anodised aluminium and uPVC. Aansluitvoegen in de bouw tussen houten en metalen kozijnen en beton en metselwerk. Voegen tussen trappen en wanden, tussen beton en plafond elementen, bij plafond/wand aansluitingen, bij plinten, vensterbanken en gasbeton. Zowel binnen als *buiten toepasbaar.*Buiten toepassing is alleen mogelijk bij goed drogend weer indien het binnen 5 uur na het aanbrengen niet regent. Na doordrogen is Zwaluw Acryl Anti-Crack weer en regen bestendig. In het algemeen hecht Zwaluw Acryl Anti-Crack zonder primer uitstekend op vele bouwmaterialen zoals beton, metselwerk, gasbeton, gelakt hout, geanodiseerd aluminium en hard PVC.
